Prior to 24/7 Customer, Scott was CFO of Business Evolution, an Internet CRM company providing Instant Messaging, VoIP and Email management applications for web sites including Buy.com, Microwarehouse and Home Depot. Scott helped build Business Evolution into a very valuable company, resulting in its sale to Kana Software in 1999 for $140 million. He has a degree in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
